					<description><![CDATA[For me, conflicting thoughts. Remote working lacks that &#039;ambient&#039; information you get just by being in the same room, hearing other people communicate. If people are in learning mode, which we all tend to be, then it&#039;s quicker together.

But remote working is a very positive thing, as we have more distractions than ever - people are often the worst. Head down, getting into the &#039;flow&#039; I think they call it, is easier when there is nobody around to talk to! Let alone all the digital chatter to contend with.

At the same time, after having worked at home for 12 years, I can only stay in one building at the most for 3 days if I only have myself for company.

So - can we get a balance....]]></description>
