What is Print-2-Mail?
An online mail management solution for all your letter printing and mailing needs. Simply provide a letter you want to send in MS Word format (.doc) Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) or in rich text format (.rtf) the details of who you want to send it to, set some options, look at an on screen proof, pay by credit/debit card or paypal and its all done.
How does Print-2-Mail work?
Print-2-Mail is a virtual print and mail service that let’s you upload your mailing requirements to a secure web server.
We then print and mail out your documents. Just upload your letters with your template which can be colour or black and white we will sort, print and mail.

How much does it cost?
Using Print-2-Mail to send out your mailings starts from 40p plus VAT per envelope and includes the paper, the envelope, the printing, inserting into the envelope and the postage. A full colour letter costs from 47p!
How do I use the service?
Simple. Once you sign up for the service, we will provide you with a login and password that will allow you to access print-2-mail.
Alternatively we can create a personalised web page, branded to your company design. As long as you have a PC with access to the internet and a web browser such as internet explorer or safari you are away!
There is no software to install. The only thing you will need is MS Word or any DTP package that can output .doc or .pdf files and a spreadsheet package like excel for your names and addresses for you to manage the mail merge of your letters prior to uploading your mailing.
There is no contract. It truly is a pay-as-you-go service. You can use it as little or as much as you need and there are no minimum order quantities.
Is the service secure?
All mailings are processed in a secure production facility accredited to APACS standard 3 and underpinned by ISO27001..
